• During festive seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

Nomarqu currently ships products across India. We are continuously working to expand our delivery network to serve more locations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

• We may offer free shipping on selected products or on orders above a specified value as part of promotional offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photographs of the package and products to help us resolve the issue promptly.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Nomarqu is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further information.
